Since 2006 Bísaro received the certificate of the rule for Quality Management NP EN ISO 9001:2000.
At the beginning of 2009 its Food Safety System was certified by rule NP EN ISO 22000:2005
Bísaro produces and trades products with Protected Denomination of Origin (PDO) and Protected Indication of Origin (PIO)
The PDO –Protected Denomination of Origin is a geographical name used to refer to a product which production, transformation and elaboration takes place in a limited region, with a duly recognized and verified know-how.
When purchasing a product which name is a PDO, the consumer has the guarantee that the product was obtained by means of ancient methods, that it meets all flavor and scent characteristics and that it has been subject to a rigorous independent control system developed all through its production line.
All products beneficiaries of a Protected Denomination of Origin are duly identified with the name of the product and accompanied with the PDO measure and of the relevant certificate trademark and Community logo.
The PGI –Protected Geographical Indication- is a geographical name used to refer to a product which relation with the geographical mean subsists, at least in one of the production, transformation and elaboration processes.
When you purchase a PGI product, the consumer has the guarantee that the product has been produced by means of ancient methods meeting all flavor and scent characteristics and that it has been subject to a rigorous independent control system developed all through its production line.
All products beneficiaries of a Protected Geographical Indication are duly identified with the name of the product accompanied with the PDO measure and of the relevant certificate trademark and Community logo.
