Our company, which specialises since 1998 in traditional smoked products and other products derived from animals, can be found in Gimonde, Bragança – the National Park of Montesinho. We are registered with the quality seal ISO 9001 and we are working to get the ISO 22000 and the system of Self-control.
Our factory, endowed with appropriate installations relies on computerized management and temperature and humidity control.
Through this the factory is helping the traditional smoking process with the quality that is needed, guaranteed by the regional pork products used and the preparation of the various traditional smoked products, resulting in products such as Carne de Porco Transmontano Carne de Bísaro Transmontano (Copyright).
 At present time we produce two types of products:
- Traditional products (with raw material of Bísaro Transmontano Protected Origin)
- Registered products I.G.P (with raw material of Bísaro Transmontano Protected Origin)
Our smoked varieties are firmly present in the regional and national market and are expanding rapidly in the international markets.
